All sorted.

I reset the settings in the config-inputs. Brake mapped to "NONE"

Every time I ran the config-inputs, it said settings were good, I saved them.... but the Ini file still showed "NONE"

I eventually tried typing it in manually "JOY1_RZAXIS_NEG" and it works..... Finally!!

Thanks for everyone's help and suggestions.

That's odd. Could you try '-config-inputs -input-system=dinput' ? Make sure to back up your working config, of course. I'm just curious whether this will help.

Hi Bart,

Tried that too. No go

I changed brake axis to "none" to start with, so I could see the change. Calibrated it using your new inputs, CMD box said it saved successfully, but on checking the supermodel ini file......no change??

on another note........... Force Feedback on SCUD beginner course at night. If I drive into the grass, it shakes, then I drive back onto the road the shaking keeps on going until I drive on the grass again in the next lap. Is this a known bug?

My supermodel ini looks like this.....

[ scud ]

SoundVolume = 50
MusicVolume = 50
DirectInputConstForceMax = 100
DirectInputFrictionMax = 100
DirectInputSelfCenterMax = 50
DirectInputVibrateMax = 100

I'm using a G27 wheel

Cheers

Hmmm... Interesting. I presume other control settings can be modified and saved, though?

Yes, this is a known bug, unfortunately.

Yes steering can be modified and saved....I must be doing something wrong, but manually editing worked as well.

Shame about SCUD race. Will it get fixed in the future you reckon??

LoloMc2 wrote:supermodel.ini should contains :
InputBrake = "JOY1_DOWN"
InputAccelerator = "JOY1_UP"

[EDIT : OR BETTER TO GET analogue control

InputBrake = "JOY1_RZAxis_NEG"
InputAccelerator = "JOY1_YAxis_NEG"
End of edition]

And the setting in Logitech Profiler should be (sorry, this is in French)
