These are called "command line parameters" and the complete list can be found by running Supermodel with either none specified or '-h'.

I use another method. I create a .bat file for each game, and type your code. My code is below:
Daytona 2
Code: Select all
 cd ?/Supermodel
supermodel -res=1920,1080 -fullscreen -show-fps daytona2.zip

Sega Rally 2
Code: Select all
cd ?\Supermodel
supermodel -res=1920,1080 -fullscreen -show-fps srally2.zip

It's easy. There is no need to make a single .bat and edit it or so. Just make one for each game. You just need to know your commands. Or, use EmuLoader or Supermodel UI(R)

SupermodelUI is outdated and has issues with the config. Best to use anything but that.
