Configuring inputs for different games

Postby ConversusVans » Wed Mar 21, 2018 3:47 pm

Hey everyone,

I'm sure this has been discussed, but for years I haven't found the most convenient way to configure each game separately in Supermodel. Thing is: I want to play Daytona 2/Scud, Harley and Star Wars Trilogy, and am using three different controllers to play those games with (Logitech MOMO wheel, Thrustmaster bike and Logitech Attack 3, respectively.)
Is it possible to configure inputs for games by putting brackets in the ROM names or something in the .ini file?

Currently I have seperate folders for each type of game, which is convenient enough on my end, but I want to keep my folders kind of clean. I am aware Supermodel UI is outdated though.

Cheers :)

Hi,
Apparently not possible to reassign inputs in each game section in the ini file
but all your joysticks have an unique number assigned by supermodel, why don't you use this ?
ie:
InputSteering = "JOY1_XAXIS,JOY2_XAXIS,JOY3_XAXIS,JOY4_XAXIS" and so on
I hope this is you are looking for
