On Sega Rally 2 DX, aside of the timing issue where 1 game second is around 3 real world seconds, I have also found this bug:

What's the problem? Being a spectator at motor sporting events is tiring work, they're probably all just having a nice lie down after one too many ciders in the Sun (certainly how I felt by day three after going for the whole 5 days to the British F1 several years back...).
