What are peoples experiences on the minimum hardware spec to run with no compromises ?

Of course, everything is fine with my 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7, 16GB memory and nvidia geforce RTX, but it cost a fortune, and I am hoping to be able to use something less expensive in my cabinets !

I'm running on a mini PC with no dPGU using a Beelink SER5 MAX 5800H. People have since been using mini PCs as emulation boxes and putting them in arcade cabinets is common practice now. Best to get them Prime Day, Black Friday, or Boxing Day sales in Amazon.
