2.Go to the Test Menu
3.Game Assignments
4.Change Country to U.S.A
5.Enjoy!!! :)

I hope this helps you ;)

Really how?? I didn't see a region code for this and if you try to select the region it just skips past it?...can you modify the rom sets to make other versions visible within the loader??

You have to download the scuda.zip Romset

There are 4 Files in there. epr-19688 - epr-19691.

Add this 4 Files to the scud.zip and there you go. Now its an Export Version, in which you can choose the Country.

ok so inside my scuda.zip there are only 4 files
epr-19688, 89, 90, 91
added them to the scud.zip, reboot, still shows the same startup and I still can't change the region in the test menu??
Am I supposed to do anything else? Im adding the files using winrar, double click on zip file, go add, add files and that's it isn't it...

Sorry Groni....

Just checked again and there's no sign of a region option in the scud race test menu for me??
Game is running fine though.....

I should make this clear that in using Groni's loader for this.....not command line, I also have these other scud versions in the rom folder:
scud
scuda
scudp
scudj
