SSL certificate issues and web hosting

Hi all,

This domain apparently doesn't work with https because of expired certificates that I cannot figure out how to replace. Asking for help here:

1. Has anyone successfully generated an SSL Client certificate using Cloudflare and managed to install it via cPanel? The problem I'm having is that there is no "CA Bundle" provided by Cloudflare, and so the certificate cannot be installed.
2. Failing figuring out the above, I'll have to move off of the host I'm currently using to one that can manage this process. Does anyone have any recommendations for affordable web hosting? I would need SSH access to be able to install a new phpBB. This forum cannot be migrated. The best I could do is upload a statically scraped version of it (which is ~30k files and almost 2GB of data).
