how do i get this rom to work its in the rom folder but it doesnt show in the games....

You seem to be using a front end. The ROM should not be unzipped.

Whatever you use to open your zip files, whether it's just Windows Explorer or WinRAR, it should be in a .zip file and must also have the VF3 ROMs in there. If it's a .rar file, you need to repackage it as .zip.

no when i try and launch a game it gos back to the dashboard did wot you told me to do about vf3tb thank you...

We need much more information than this to figure out what's wrong. Screenshots of what you're doing would help the most.

some frontends also doenst added vf3tb by his bug,try to find one for 0.3a like Supermodel SUI,and if it works but doenst run try looking my post(also i found the solution) or look at the FAQ for see how to bypass coin bug
