Like title says, trying to play the game and the global button for break does nothing, also tried the one for "handbrake" that the .ini says Dirt Devils and Sega Rally use and nothing....
I am wondering if anyone is familiar with the actual cabinet, and if it was meant not to have breaks?
Anyone know if Emergency Call Ambulance had "breaks"?

Yes it did and you have some issue with controls configuration.
