With the release of unofficial release candidates ie Supermodel SVN r585, is there a dat file available as I not that there has been may game updates since the original release many years back.

You might want to take the Dat file down. It looks like it was built against an old Games.xml
It only lists 56 games not 58.
Slighty missing the whole point of 2 new clones.

Tell him, is on retroroms.

I just forget, if you put 58 games from mame using a dat you can´t play 4 games.

We need a tool to convert the official .xml file from Supermodel 3 in to a .dat please.

I also want to share mine, based on the DATs above but I fixed some wrong romsets and also removes "bass" from the set (Even on the Games.xml it wasn't there. I think it was either renamed/moved to another set or deleted due to it being dupes anyway) and now I'm pretty confident that this one is matching the contents in Games.xml
Splitted set, just like the listings in the Games.xml



But considering what happened when I first shared my "Quick n' Dirty" made DATs before, be sure to report to me if anything is wrong or missing.

Non of your dats works in the last Supermodel 3 r846, i checked using the emuloader and only shanigma dat is the one are perfect.
I test all 4 dats and shanigma wins.
Case closed.
