I'm a bit sad I didn't post an update to the What's New page but I have to keep a low profile. I was hoping to put together a video but never got around to it. Wanted to borrow some music I thought would fit for a great montage showing off the emulator but can't get in touch with the creator. I'll figure it out at some point

Supermodel is actually 18-19 years old. Hard to pin down the exact birth date since Stefano Teso, Ville Linde, and I all began independently and then consolidated our efforts in 2003. We communicated on a private email list and prior to that, directly. I've still got most of those emails. The CVS repo still exists on Sourceforge. I just checked it out

I wonder if I could get it to build on Windows... That might be a fun blast from the past: Supermodel 2004 Edition. It has both an OpenGL and Direct3D renderer. I should also find my 2D-only DOS version. I probably still have it somewhere. It would require DJGPP to compile and it had a really pretty text mode GUI debugger.
Huge thanks to everyone for the love and support, and all the countless man-hours contributed to Supermodel's continued development. Here's to at least another 10 strong years.
Ian: those archival photos of your engine's progress are really cool. As a follower of many retro-computing channels on YouTube, I would love to put together a well-produced technical video about Sega Model 3 internals someday. Maybe someone could help us produce one. Even better if we could get the Pro-1000 emulation working. I would like to investigate that at some point this year as well.
