Supermodel 3 and set up

HI there i just joined this forum in the interest of one of my fave racing game scud race in arcades back in the 1990's.

i did a bit of research and found out the rom wont work with mame on android so best to play on PC but i have a laptop (i5 6th Gen 64 bit with 8GB of Ram)

just a few questions

1) is my laptop powerful enough to play this game based on the specs?
2) is there a tutorial i can view to do the settings and load the game?
3) is there anything i need additional to make this game work?

1) It may not be, do you have a graphics card?

3) Not really, you may want to mess with the settings of the game (use the Service and Test buttons) to change difficulty.

Yes it has a graphics card but not sure if its good enough for the game, but i do have other emulators like the ps2 which runs fine.
