help with settings

I have a few issues please help, I want to change jurrasic park to english from Japanese (I don't know the code or how to input it) the targeting cursor is black on JP also (it looks like it should be white or red) and my star wars trilogy runs smooth then slows way down to almost a stutter. please help, thanks!
