I've Been at a low frame rate of 30-49 frames, And that's a major problem to me. I've tried pushing the frame rate to 8 per milliseconds on my pc, but it's the same.
Should I buy a new computer?

One solution I can give you (without knowing your PC specs) is to overclock your processor. It will reduce it's life time, but doesn't really matter if it is a core 2 duo and you plan to buy a new one in a near future (like from now to 2 years). I've overclocked my C2D E8400 from 3Ghz (default speed) to 3.5 Ghz and Daytona USA 2 runs at 50 FPS most of time

only 50 fps with 3.5 ghz? thats strange since i have 45/50 fps in the beginner track with my e8200 of 2.6 ghz (stock speed) and 56 fps in the advanced one with the known hiccups

i7 will nail it CPU-wise. If you really want the best performance out of Supermodel I'd suggest making sure that your new PC has a separate dedicated GPU (would an i7 still run Supermodel at full speed with integrated graphics alone?) and a healthy amount of RAM, I'd say 8 GB at least.

If you are using your desktop machine make sure you close anything your not using at the time and if possible restart before you do so.
2GB RAM is fine with that setup but it depends what your system is doing in the background/how many system resources are left for supermodel.
