If you've experienced scaling issues in full screen mode, this is probably due to lack of DPI awareness. I've just pushed a fix so keep an eye out for the git-95fc08e build which should appear in the next few hours here. Please let me know if it fixes the problem!

For me it was exactly the other way around. My 1280 * 960 window was suddenly too small (4K desktop resolution at 200 % zoom). A custom resolution of 2560 * 1280 fixed it.
