I am planning to build a twin racecab for Supermodel and teknoparrot racing games.
Is there any interest to buy gamer monitors (144Hz) or are cheaper 60Hz or 75Hz monitors more suitable?

Supermodel runs at 60 Hz, which is all you need for emulation.

Unless you plan to also play PC games (i.e. NOT emulators), 60hz should be enough.
