Is the remixing the same as shuffle? Scenes from the images at system16 dot com have a chopper flying overhead in the dome stage and I never seen the T-Rex ram the tractor-trailer from the side. Are these stages the same, with added artifacts?

I don't remember there being added background elements when I played (though the screens at system16.com don't lie), but I didn't play it that much, as the level remixing annoyed me. In the normal game, Shuffle has you play the complete stages in a random order, whereas Lost World Special jumped around between different scenes from different stages (though they play exactly the same). I think the shot of the tyrannosaur was from an added cutscene to give the player(s) context, since you don't necessarily play the stages from the beginning. It's been a while since i played it though, so I could be remembering incorrectly.

Sega Joypolis in Tokyo was cool! That F-Zero AX cabinet really made me sore for the rest of the day though, the hydrolics in that thing are brutal.

Lost World Special is like Let's go Jungle Special and House of the Dead 4 Special.

The Lost World Special is far more obscure than the other ones, and it also runs on Model 3 Step 2 hardware and features MPEG music thanks to the DSB Type 2 board.

Also I assume it will be the only Model 3 game to use dual video (with switching from one screen to the other as the seat turns).

Boat Race GP does not exist in any form on Model 3.

I'd love the Lost World Special... but I doubt we'll get one.

The only other Model 3 game not dumped from memory is Fighting Vipers 2 SE
