CES summer 1993. That is daytona, but daytona looked nothing like that on the model2. I am not even sure the model2 was even capable of those gfx. It had pretty aggressive culling of geometry which was quite noticeable in the distance, which seems to be completely absent here.

that video demonstrates the power of GE aerospace's flight simulator technology, the model 2 is a cut down version of that. GE aerospace was sold to martin Marietta, who worked with Sega (specifically yu suzuki) to make the hardware affordable to arcade owners.
Sega has made interesting hardware back in those days, the model 1, naomi, and don't forget the all custom hikaru!
