Please help me choose a different video card!

UPDATE - I was able to get a decent VGA to composite converter device in the end, so this is kinda solved now. :-)

Hello fellow Supermodellers! :-) I recently had a computer built that would be powerful enough to run Supermodel, (& the Model 2 emulator) and so that I could play the games on my TV. (And capture video occasionally.) Unfortunately, the place that assembled it, weren't able to get me a video card with a regular TV out socket. It only has VGA, DVI and HDMI out, and I want composite. (Or S-Video.) They were going to get me one of those VGA to composite cables, but I since found out they're a scam, and I haven't heard back from the place either. The card is a nVidia GeForce GT 640, which is great and all - it just doesn't do what I want. I've tried 2 VGA to composite video converters, and they both stunk in terms of refresh rate conversion. (VGA 60 Hz to PAL 50 Hz.) My regular PC has a GeForce 7600 GT, which works fine with Supemodel, but the CPU is way too slow. The video output from this and other video cards I've used have been a lot smoother than these converters I've tried, because the software actually knows to sync it to 50 Hz. So what I'm asking is, would other Supermodel users be able to suggest a suitable card to me that is powerful enough for the emulator and has a normal TV out socket as well? Any thoughts on the GeForce 9600 GT? I know it's a bit older, but it's the only one I know of currently that has this feature, as I'm not totally up to date with video cards. If you know of any newer ones, that's great also! (I need PCI Express.) I know this is probably a bit off the Supermodel topic, but since it's related to running that, I thought I would ask here, rather than some other site that's never heard of the emulator.
Cheers very muchly! :-)

(My PC Specs:
Windows 7 64 bit
Intel i5 - 3.2 GHz
8 GB DDR 3 RAM
SoundBlaster Audigy)

Thanks for the reply, JackoHedge! :-) Wow, someone on that other forum sure seemed bitter. :-P
I want to make sure though that I don't end up with a card that's going to be a bottleneck though as far as Supermodel is concerned, after reading about the issues of people using "on board" processors. I found a XFX GeForce GTS 250, which has regular TV out. Does anyone think this would be still suitable? I guess I'll just have to shop around. I'd still appreciate anyone else's views on their own hardware if they have an appropriate card too. :-)

Use an hdtv with HDMI input. those old cards with those composite outputs arent gonna be any greater than what you probably have now. you wont see s video or composite on there on newer cards with more power.

Maybe he want to keep the 3/4 ratio of his old monitor because every AM3 games are 3/4... Could you find a 3/4 hdmi tv ?

Thanks for all the new TV suggestions, people, but I'm not replacing my CRT telly. It's not even that old either, not that that's really relevant. I will probably just get a different card. I was just hoping some of you with composite TV out sockets on your video cards could tell me your personal experience of their performance with Supermodel. I appreciate the replies though. :-)
