It's an analog mapping. There is no sensitivity setting. When the mouse cursor is on the left side of the screen, the wheel is fully left, and when the mouse is on the right edge of the screen, the wheel is turned fully right.

Like I said, you don't need to do that. Supermodel allows you to map the mouse to controls already. As far as I can tell, there should be no need for external applications.
