Yes, I found the bits related to course selection and it worked.

Easy course = 1
Normal course = 2

Super beginner course does exist, and its number is 0.
However, bad news is that this super beginner course is half-made one by AM2 and it causes nothing but crash.
I also tried course number 4, and the screen gone all black, which means no such course (super hard course).
Actually, course 0 is the MIX mode in Daytona 2 PE. I just proved it.
AM2 has planned to make course 0 in BOTE, but hadn't finished it.

I found the wrong game, but the finding just shocked me...
Scud Race is a peculiar game. So far I haven't found any fuctional bit in it (except TIME and COIN).

I wish Bart makes a model viewer so I can look up any other unfinished models and textures so that I can put it on the Cutting Room Floor list. The blank map appears to be a placeholder or a test course (presumably testing Daytona USA in the new Model 3 Board) without a music on. Keep up looking up the unused stuff around Daytona USA 2 and even other Model 3 games aside from sounds!!

Interestingly, SUPER BEGINNER COURSE in original Scud Race does exist! I searched many times before but I failed, not knowing why.
Now I figured out : the sequence of the courses is different.

Scud Race (Export Ver.)
F7EE182 = Coin
28D4F86 = Course

0 = Beginner Day
2 = Beginner Night
1 = Medium
3 = Expert
4 = SUPER BEGINNER

The peculiar course is FULLY PLAYABLE, and all the special cars are ready as rival cars. Those tanks, buses and rocket cars are there, but no special effect at all. The big cat chasing a rat is there. Everything seems ready! Now I'm confident that sometime I will find the secret car codes in the original Scud Race.

The car bit is found finally. The sequence is also peticular, and there are some blank as you see :

28D4F84 = Car

Porsche 911 = 4
Ferrari F40 = 6
Dodge Viper = 5
McLaren F1 = 7
Crash = 0,1,2,3,8....

Number 0,1,2,3 are presumbly as secret cars in Scud Race Plus. But in original Scud Race, these car models were not implemented yet, unlike the Super Beginner Course. Thus changing the course bit won't cause crash, while changing the car bit will. I have uploaded a save file. If anybody is interested in playing this peculiar course, there would be it.

Car numbers :
3 = Rocket car
2 = Tank
1 = Cat
0 = Bus

Cat is such a rule-breaking car. It doesn't need slowing down and won't drift -- actually the cat needs not drift. Any beginner can get 1st rank using the cat easily.

Any word of warning before you use Downloaded Save States:
Make sure you make a backup of your NVRAM. Any course records, settings, and high score initials will be lost once you load a save state!!!!

i like that daytona 2 hornet classic.. it doesnt drift worth shit but its nice to use something thats completely hidden in BoTE

I request to Supermodel UI in the future, a option to play with cheats and Portuguese menu will be posted in the next update. "I Hope!"
