having troubles setting g29 correctly

Postby killa7977 » Wed Jan 08, 2020 11:41 am

hi guys, thanks for letting me in this awesome reality. i just finished my first racing cab, on the shell of sf rush, bought a g29 w pedal and manual shifter. now i'm setting up games... i havent had much trubles with model 2, or mame, or whatever else. but believe me i'm going crazy with supermodel :lol: it is almost 2 days and still nothing...
i don't understand how to recognize wich button is wich. and honestly i think i've tried every assigment possible...the only thing working well is the wheel itself, and i can assign coins and other simple inputs.
the major problem is gas pedal and brake. no matter what i choose, gas is ALWAYS mapped on clutch pedal.
can anyone pls help me out with this?
thanks in advance

Do you have pedals set up as separated or combined?

I have a G29 with pedals separated, and this is on my supermodel.ini file (in the config folder where you have Supermodel installed):

Code: Select all
InputAccelerator = JOY1_ZAXIS_NEG
InputBrake = JOY1_RZAXIS_NEG

Hey guys...trying to map my g29 wheel and am so very frustrated. I go into the “racing” tab and select the buttons I think are correct, but then once into games no response.

Any chance you could post your settings if you’ve got working?

Thanks for any help:)
