Jurassic PArk Lost World gun adjustment not aligning

I had a working setup for all of the supermodel 3 light gun games. They all still work except JP:LW. I could use some help for things to try.

For this sole game, the gun adjustment menu's boxes do not align with the cursor during or after fully adjusting the gun (shooting right, left, top, bottom, center of screen) anymore. The built in cursors align perfectly with where my gun is pointing. But if I'm shooting in the bottom left, the adjustment square is in the top right quadrant. If I'm shooting in the middle, the square is off the screen in the upper right somewhere.

The screen x/y positions also seem to not make any sense for my resolution of 2560x1440. The top left is something like x:200 y:300, and the bottom right is something like x: -9,000 y:12

Two things have changed since I last set this up last time:
1. I have a second monitor for marquees which extends display 1 but I disabled this for testing. The weird x/y positions change but still didn't make sense.
2. I was changing gun4ir's aspect ratios but I don't think this is an issue because every other game works

Does anyone know what's going on?

My god. Somehow the game.xml setting for lost world got set back to analog_gun1 instead of gun1. Not sure how this happened (maybe the gui configurator).

It works again.

I can't for the life of me get the blue box to go on the right side of the screen to line up with the crosshair using my Sinden, not sure if you know how? Thanks in advance.
