What is the actual problem? I've been having a few problems myself with games not loading from the menu due to a missing "startup.js" script file, which eventually seemed to fix itself.

not on mine ...ive re started computer / network/updated explorer/reg cleaned /done/history/cookies/downloaded java and updates...
dont know what else to do ...off out for a pint now.................!
