Jurassic Park Lost World with 2 mice

I'm struggling really hard to make it work but still no success, so here's the story:

I used to play JPLW arcade with my father when i was a kid, so i decided to play it again after decades with him just for the Nostalgia effect, but i'm having a lot of difficulties to config the game with 2 mice.
For some reason, both mice works as player 1, i tryed changing the config but nothing changed, i tryed the ArcadeGunsProUtility but it won't show me the mouse id, i tryed changing to MOUSE2, MOUSE3, MOUSE4,5,6 nothing...

i know that the problem is related to my mouse ID, maybe my computer is seeing them as one, and yes i have already tryed the "rawinput"
Does anyone know what am i missing?
