Thanks this worked but SM is fixed @ 30fps now.

Thanks this worked but SM is fixed @ 30fps now.
Try testing with no throttle and no vsync.

Posted: Thu Apr 01, 2021 1:35 amI've seen this issue with older amd drivers before. All opengl apps stuck at 30fps, direct3d unaffected. Made no sense. Upgrading drivers fixed the issue.

Unfortunately, its happening on the latest CRT emudriver which is Adrenaline 18.5.1.
