virtua striker 2 with no speed problems

i was testing some roms of supermodel, and for my suprise vs2 step 1.5 didn't show the speed problems of its counterpart.
just try it and comment here if you have the same results

Update: Well with Vertical Sync off works ok, but when i put it on the guy when speak Virtua Striker 2, the video emulation is not collided to the original arcade one. So i never see the arcade version of the game in video for now. If someone send to me to see the differents.

Update: If is the new version of 0.3 so i never tested, still not released.
I need to see the Virtua Striker Games work as 60 FPS with the Vertical Sync On, that is the original one.

The game is very fast but the colide sound and the video is perfect. And i can't see on my PC work in this way.

What config you put on SuperModel Gui?

We're talking about 0.3a. No need to disable throttling. It runs fine.

Hi, I'm writing from Spain. This is my first post and I'm a big Virtua Striker series fan. I've spent lots of time and money playing in arcades every game in the series since vs1 till vs4 ver 2006.

Impressive. I've tested in ver 0.2a and it works very well. Maybe it's faster than arcade version but playing with the power pc frequency I think I've gotten the same speed as in arcade version (in my case a value of 35 so try with different values until you feel comfortable).

As a side note but related to vs series, Vs29815 doesn't work. I've tried to run it and I only get a black screen (It would be nice to get vs298 with full speed too!). And what about vs299, is there any kind of protection (correct me if I'm wrong)?

To end, thanks to Bart, Nik and all people here in this forum. Being able to play these games again after so much time is a blessing!
