Model 2 fullscreen issue Windows 10

Hello guys,

I habe a issue on my w 10 build that im tring to do.
Supermodel 3 works totaly nice, but i habe a problem that i neber had befor and i am running out of ideas...:/
I just wannet to try Sega Model 2 emu. It starts the game, so that good but as soon as i change to Fullscreen everything freezes. It stays in the resolution selected (tried a couble like 640x400, 800x600 , 1024x768) and does nothing.

I allready tried the to indtall a older version of directx, directx frameworks 3.5,
But nothing helped. Still crashes as soon as i switch to full screen.

So someone had the same issue? Or have any clue?
Pc is a Hp mini with a intel hd onboard graphics.
So it should run for sure.
I can play scud racer no probs at all.

Would be glad if somone had a idea?!
