music Delay for SM Emulator none for Real Hardware

on any game for supermodel3 there is a delay with music starting for lets just say Daytona 2 USA

and Then When you Play on the Real Arcade there is no music delay

overall the new builds that Have Been Coming out are getting better And Better

So There's somthing too Add to the fixes i guess i would be really good too have
