VF3 Dural code?

Is there a way to play Dural in VF3 or VF3TB? I think both VF and VF2 had this feature.

It's kinda hacky to play as her just like the Hornet car from BOTE. You need to play around with the memory bytes for the corresponding characters.

Usually, playable Dural is a perk for the console version. I think she was playable in arcade VF1 as the exception to the rule, though, and never again since.

I managed to get Dural working at the select screen in VF2 by someone providing me with a certain hacked rom file to place Dural at the select screen in between Akira and Lion on the Model 2 Forums. BTW, Dural was also an example of quad render feature because Dural's body was made of steel to empower the Model 3 board unlike her in VF2.

Sorry for necroposting, has anyone been able to successfully use the cheat to play as Dural in either VF3 or VF3tb?
It was impossible to find the app Game Master 9.0 needed to change the memory thing.

Anyone can help with Money Art and finding the RAM, RAM pointer and the rest to activate the code, please?

I checked the post above which linked to github I think but it was too technical to find the RAM address in the savestate and NVRAM and gave up.
