running too fast how do I slow it down

im using build 787 and it runs extremely fast on daytona2 and dirt devils the racers is all I play or have tested im using all stock options how do I slow it down? it seems to be running about 2x as fast as it should

might be a bit obvious but you have vsync on?
if not you might have to cap your framerate,i had a similar problem

Add Throttle = 1 to Supermodel.ini
