Not familiar with that program myself. I used to use a program called DS3 tool to use my Dualshock 3 pad on the PC, it let you use it like either a Directinput device or to emulate an Xbox 360 pad. I haven't updated it for years now (as I bought a cheap Xbox 360 a few years back) but it might be worth looking into to see if they now support DS4.

For PS3 I remember using a program called motionjoy or something like that.
On this new pc I just use the official sony drivers for Dualshock 3 (that are direct input only), since I use the dualshock 4 for everything else.

As for the model 2 issue, I tried to enable xinput in the .ini file without connecting any pad or device, and it still crash as soon as I press the "configure controls", so it's not a DS4windows problem.
I use the M2 1.1a

turn out that it was some configuration files the cause of the emulator crashes.
Just deleting the .input file in the CFG folder solved the issue.

Im on Windows 10 and can get the emulator to work for me but only in Windowed mode. As soon as I switch to fullscreen the whole thing crashes to desktop. I'm running a GeForce 1080Ti and In Intel 8600K OC'ed to 6.3Ghz. Any ideas?

I guess the emulator crashed because of having too many joysticks connected.
Try with only 1 or 2 joysticks/gamepads.

This is a very old and unsolved issue of the emulator.

I only have 1 controller connected(G27). Only crashes when I switch to fullscreen.

The Windows 10 April 2018 update broke Model 2 Emulator in many ways. Can't even run fullscreen. Try reverting back to an older build.
Stupid Microsoft preventing me from playing House of the Dead with forced updates...

To this day, I still don't know what the point of automatic updates are, apart from making my PC un-usable for about 20 minutes when I first turn it on.

I can still run it just fine with all updates, but I still get no audio for some reason. Windows 10 + ElSemi's Model 2 emulator = mysteries and bubblegum.
