Logitech G29 configuration

Hi guys, could you please help explaining to me how I can use the Logitech G29 in supermodel?

Step 1: use Logitech software (LGS or G Hub) to limit the wheel rotation to around 270º when Supermodel.exe is running (add it as a program, it won't detect it automatically).

Step 2: open supermodel with the -config-inputs command line option

Step 3: use the arrow keys to scroll through the buttons until you reach this section:

Racing Game Gear Shift:

 Shift 2/Down = KEY_W,JOY1_BUTTON6
 Shift 3 = KEY_E,JOY1_BUTTON7
 Shift 4 = KEY_R,JOY1_BUTTON8
 Shift Neutral = KEY_T
 Shift Up = NONE
 Shift Down = NONE
Racing Game VR View Buttons:
 VR1 = KEY_A,JOY1_BUTTON1
 VR2 = KEY_S,JOY1_BUTTON2
 VR3 = KEY_D,JOY1_BUTTON3
 VR4 = KEY_F,JOY1_BUTTON4

Step 4: use the arrow keys and the enter key to assign the corresponding controls (so, steer when selecting full steering, press the gas when choosing accelerator pedal and so on).

Anyone could detail to me the suggested setup in Sega Model 3 UI:

What is the meaning of Crosshairs? The options are Disable /Player 1 / Player 2 / 2 Players
