I've discovered that Magical Truck Adventure is a bad dump; the defect causes 3D graphics to stop rendering properly during attract mode.

I've created a patch for now which fixes the problem, but ultimately the ROM will need to be updated.

Not anymore, my dat was used mame version and PDNEJOH is the only one corrected. I will not do this again until is fixed in to a genuíne set.

Update: PDNEJOH after this faulty error from Magical Truck Adventure, we still need to get a new rom file? Thanks.

I noticed in MAME 0.254 that 4 new ROMs for "The Ocean Hunter (Japan, Revision A)" have been dumped:
