There's more important work to do before, don't you agree ?

I don't remember havin seen scanlines on the 50" monitor of Daytona 2...

Yeah, I agree. This is not a priority and meant I hope he does it *eventually* sometime down the road once other things get taken care of.

OK while it's not exactly Supermodel related, I do have some good news guys! SweetFX works great in the Model 2 emulator! Man I must have spent over two hours tweaking sweetfx to get the look I want. I ended up with a very nice "old CRT" look that has scanlines, curvature and a cool greenish tint! It's VERY gnarly and groovy! Looks just like an old beatup low res CRT monitor! How do you post screen shots from Model 2 emu?

Use Fraps, or (Print Screen - Make sure you not leave on Italy) and paste on paint and save. ;)

I'm trying to use an openGL to D3D wrapper called QindieGL. It's supposed to allow you to run OpenGL games in D3D apps like SweetFX. So far no luck. Launching games from SupermodelUI results in a crash, and launching directly from a bat file runs the game but no effects shown from SweetFX :( I have the OpenGL32.Dll file in the same directory as Supermodel.exe.

Unreal, i just tried it.

I always thought it was possible for LCD to display CRT cause if your LCD can display it in a video then it can display it in a game, i think Vector is possible as well on a LCD but it would take a lot of thinking i could imagine cause the lights are very bright and concentrated.

Amazing work, people who build cabinets won't have to buy the old Wells Gardner CRT Monitors no more which are becoming harder to find. Thank you Guru. :D

With the Sweetfx Configurator Front End, i set the Advanced CRT option resolution to 8.0 and the brightness to 2.0 and the CRT CornerSize to 0.020 and FXAA Anti-aliasing to 9 & removed the tick from the one above it & left the rest how it is. Supermodel would look awesome with the filters, i hope it is compatible with it in the future.

Yup, Model 2 looks bananas with SweetFX. Try OutRun and F-ZeroGX those look insane as well.

All we need is a good OGL wrapper that supports OGL 2.XX and we're good to go. Qindie doesn't seem to work unfortunately :(

Just tried GLDirect5 and TitaniumGL OpenGL wrappers....no luck. This is so annoying....can't find ONE OGL wrapper to get SweetFX working in supermodel :(
