supermodel error "Unable to load bitmap crosshair texture"

When I try to start a game I'm getting this error "Error: Unable to load bitmap crosshair texture".
I'm on arch linux, I searched the net for the same but couldn't get any results.

You probably unzipped the app incorrectly or are running from the wrong directory. There should be an Assets folder with the crosshairs.

Thank you very much, when I compiled from source it put the executable in a the bin directory, I just moved it to the correct directory and it worked
