why is DEMUL emulating model 3 games 2!!!! ???

ive gotta ask about why on earth the demul team are also going to release the sega model 3 games on their emulator to with their new 0.5.7 wip???? WHY ???...

This. The better off emulator authors are too, MAME for example is full of code from other emulators.

I doubt you'll see 0.5.7 this year btw, also no model 3 work has been done for a while.

They did it for fun, it is not going to emulate m3.

personally i think its a shame demul dont include model 3, since that shots from january were vere promising and the framerates were good also.
but they gave one step away of model 3 cause bart started working on it and with fast results. they are not interested in being the number one, they want as all of us more boards being emulated so they worked on cave games.

It's interesting that the same textures are missing in Daytona 2 when run on Demul.


On a side note, Wind posted a WIP pic today, so at least we know Demul is still being worked on.
(The game was Alone in the Dark for Dreamcast)

the only known emulator which is currently supporting and developing triforce games is the DOLPHIN emulator.
