Force Feedback strength?

Postby ametller » Mon May 11, 2020 4:24 am

Hello!

I've just bought a new wheel (fanatec) and I love the default Force Feedback of Supermodel3 in Daytona USA 2. However I noticed that the strenght is quite high. Is there any way, or parameter to set down the Force Feedback strenght?

Many thanks!

hi,
you can adjust ffb force effect directly in the config.ini file (in general or in specific game section)
raise up or down the value (100 is the normal value)

if direct input joy
DirectInputConstForceLeftMax=100
DirectInputConstForceRightMax=100
DirectInputSelfCenterMax=100
DirectInputFrictionMax=100
DirectInputVibrateMax=100

if xinput joy
XInput ForceFeedback=100
XInputConstForceThreshold=100
XInputConstForceMax=100
XInputVibrateMax=100

ametller.....do yourself a favor and grab Boomslang's FFB plugin. Improves the feel of the ffb in Supermodel 10 fold, and allows you to turn down that bothersome and unnecessarily strong center spring effect in Daytona 2.

...thank me later 8-)
