What game do you think pushes the model 3 hardware the most!

I think Daytona 2 the beginner track, obviously they had to make some sacrifices cause it is so chockablock full of animation, the texture quality on them green mountains isn't the best but compared to what we had at home, the PS1 and N64, they look good compared to them.
And Sega Rally 2 maybe, the second stage, them mountain textures are the most realistic i have seen in model 3 games, unbelievable for close up graphics, usually only in backgrounds do you see texture of that realism. i guess in modern games you do with some ''Bump Mapping'' as well, i don't know i don't play them, i lost interest after the PS2 Generation.

ECA handles a lot of stuff on screen, also Harley Davidson

But i guess Scud Racer or Sega Rally 2 are the best graphics of the system. Sega Rally have son quite amazing GFX and Scud Racer backgrounds are amazing

Realism doesn't require more power, just a more sensible colour pallette. Most of the mountains in Sega Rally are a flat backdrop.

Sega Rally 2 doesn't seem particularly taxing at all. AM2 had excellent artists and designers, which is really what makes many of these games look pretty good to this day. Most 3D games from the same time period did not fare so well. An objective way to determine which games are the most demanding is to look at how they perform in Supermodel when the frame rate is not locked. Generally, assuming nothing else on your system is interfering, the lowest sustained frame rates will indicate the games which draw the most polygons or stream texture maps frequently.

The Arcade version is so much better than the Dc Version of SR2, the Dreamcast version had a Poor frame-rate and low Texture Resolution, the 1st track was pretty close, except for some of the side visuals later on down in the track were a little off and the car of course.
