The above image is overlapped by white smoke and semitransparent of headlight
Those not overlapping like the image below seems to be correct

the lens is using a higher priority layer, so with current emulation will blend over the top
Maybe in the future I will have a go at fixing this, but I am not sure how best to translate it to opengl.
