noob question: how to assign thrustmaster t300rs controls

UPDATE: Wheel working apart from Supermodel sees my brake pedal as throttle and clutch as brake.. any help greatly appreciated, cant seem to change the configuration at all and really want to play some Sega Rally2!!

Now have the correct pedals assigned but struggling with an inverted throttle
Its set to RZ Axis POS
how do I make it RZ Axis NEG?
