Yeah, it's an okay controller but I had a lot of problems getting it to stick well. The table clamp I bought for it was really bad; it would fall to the ground within moments! The little spring eventually broke off the throttle, which I was really upset about because I was actually having some fun playing this game with the Yamaha MS-1 on quite a few play sessions. I was playing the Dreamcast steering wheel beforehand, which literally was the next best thing because playing motorcycle games with a steering wheel and pedals is a little handicapping for me.

PS, You might want to open the controller up and put some WD40 or similar greasing to the gear of little potentiometer inside the center of the base (look for the little turning knob thing). Honestly the Thrustmaster Freestyler Bike is such a poorly built controller in terms of build quality, but this controller seems a bit better quality outside the mounts. Maybe I had an older model that didn't originally come with one; I dunno.

I used to have a Sega Handle Controller on the Master System back in the old days and it too had suction cups on the bottom. They were absolutely useless.

The throttle was acting a bit funky last night. It feels normal but sometimes when I tried to play Wave runner and Manx TT, the throttle works, it's just it's not letting me accelerate at full speed. I know it may sound weird. I was using my super brook converter(I already switched it to Wheel mode) and I plug it out from my PC and I reconnect it and it works normally. I can't clarify if it's the firmware from the converter. I plugged the motorcycle controller in my PS2 and I never experienced the same problem.

Did you calibrate the controls in both the emulator and the game test menu? Waverunner and Harley both have a setting in the test menu called "Volume Adjustments" which is for the potentiometers connected to the game's analog inputs. Manx does not have this as it required operators to manually adjust the gear or pot in the actual arcade unit.
Open the configuration menu of Nebula M2 during gameplay and highlight all the analog inputs. Set your analog device and axis, then reset, and calibrate all of your controls in both the emulator asnd the game test menu. You may need to invert the axis depending on the game.
Waverunner has the additional "Roll" axis which for this particular controller you might want to tie the handle and roll together for better turning. It's a bit cheating but makes the game that much more playable. On actual Model 2C, the throttle is reversed if you change from a regular driving game such as Indy 500 in a cab; you need to swap +5V and GND to the pots or use breadboard wires on the original connectors of the harness.

If you guys are into motorbike themed peripheral's you're going to love this:
Image

I was having a random search of the internet whilst I was on my lunch break at work awhile ago and happened to stumble upon a thread in a French Forum where some of the members had put together some really nice bartop cabinets. This amazing looking Super Hang-On themed one really caught my eye (next to an awesome bartop Outrun, which is a slightly larger version of a bartop that was originally designed by a guy called Circuitbeard). Being a bartop, it doesn't just play Super Hang-On, there's a whole ton of other bike games on there too. Likewise, the Outrun also has a ton of other racing games on it. I would pay serious cash for either one of those, they look incredible!

There's another really unique looking Outrun 2 one on there too, which even has animated LCD marquee that changes with the game.

Believe me mate, if they were for sale I would snap one up in an instant, I'd happily pay way over the odds for one.

This is the closest I can come to something like that at home at the moment:
