The was a big one in Blackpool called Coral Island (next to the SeaLife Centre) which had pretty much every Model 3 game going.

Lots of fun in there and plenty of fantastic Sega games.

How much does it cost to play the games? I hear GameWorks' locations have expensively-priced games. Like $2 to play WaveRunner or something.

I had a one of those membership cards where you go in on certain days and can play any game for free from like 5pm to 11pm. It was badass, but yeah you're right just regular fees each game was like $1-$2.
