sn30 pro is not recognised by Supermodel?

How possible? It is seen by the system as Xbox360 controller.

Add the line "InputSystem = xinput" to Supermodel.ini and see if that works.

I use Sega Model 3 UI and I already have that setting.

Did you configure the buttons yet?
While the emulator already has buttons binded in Supermodel.ini by default but probably it needs to be rebinded properly.
