XBox 360 controller pre-configuration?

Postby RaptorZX3 » Mon Oct 17, 2011 8:51 pm

Hi i'm new on this forum, i would like to say that i wanted to play Daytona USA 2 so badly on a good emulator for so many years and i thought no one would put effort into emulating Model-3. But now it's been done, thanks a lot to the team!

But i've been wondering if there's a pre-made config. file for the XBox 360 controller available? i mean...i think it would be nice to have separate config. files for each device we would like to use for our games.

Right now playing Daytona USA 2 with a keyboard suck badly as you can't turn how you want it and often crash in walls and slowing down

If this is not possible to have a file pre-configured for it, how can i configure my XBox 360 controller to work fine with Supermodel?

thank you.

Pre-made configs don't make much sense because there are so many different controls to assign and because user preferences will vary substantially. There is plenty of documentation on this site, forum, and in README.txt on how to set up your controller.

i played Daytona USA 2 Power Edition a few times, but there is still the sensitivity of the steering to adjust, is there a way to fix that? It seem like some cars are better with a regular XBox 360 controller than others.

I guess the control would be much better with a steering wheel. Why did i sold my old USB Logitech Wingman Formula Force GP?! :( (it was also compatible with the PS2, also had force-feedback, it's the red and black version.)
