Like described in the post, I modified this line:

just added $(OBJ_DIR)/R3DScrollFog.o at the end of the line:

and now it compiles OK on Ubuntu.

You know that there's a PPA right? viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1123

You don't really need to compile supermodel on ubuntu.
