I think that would have to be a request that you would have to make to the emulator developers .. it has nothing to do with the GUI.

Apparently the recent version of the UI has HEUR/APC false positive.

I don’t know what you mean about filtering being disabled. Since 749 there is, if anything, more accurate emulation of texture filtering. Micro texture fading with distance (which affects the road) was emulated accurately.

according to Ian its actually a hardware limitation. see this discussion for instance bart:

viewtopic.php?f=7&t=1337&hilit=filtering&start=70

"I think we should do that, for the sake of accuracy. It's always possible to remove such a limitation in a config option (think of some sort of enhancement features, like Model2Emu or Dolphin Emulator)."

"Honestly I see no downsides to letting the hardware do proper mipmapping with ani-isotropic filtering. It's what they would have done originally had they had the horse power. The lighting is also done per pixel, instead of per vertex like the original h/w."

so even though it's more accurate in terms of emolution, its actually looks worse with it.

Hello,

I unzipped the latest UI r845 content to a folder, added the latest supermodel.exe 485 to the UI folder, directed in the UI to my old roms folder but the games won't load. What should be done next?

Great emulator, Keep up the updates!

I selected a game, press the load rom button, a cmd window appears and then disappears.
My sega model 3 rom set are originally for supermodel 0.2a.
