Harley Riders Rear Brake

I can't seem to get it working. All other controls work fine on my Xbox joystick. I assign the hand brake, but it doesnt work. I tried adding RearBrake to the .ini file but still no dice. I love this game. Please help! THank you.

Does the rear brake actually do anything in-game?
