How do I do this?

I add a new file
The file name is "net.bat"

Content is
"Supermodel-net.exe -no-threads ./roms/spikeofe.zip -input-system = xinput"

Do you mean to change to
"Supermodel-net.exe -no-threads ./roms/spikeofe.zip -global inputs -input-system = xinput"?

right?

No, Supermodel does not have a global inputs option. He means that when you are configuring inputs, you should look at the command prompt window but make sure the empty Supermodel window is selected. By the way, this has nothing to do with network play.

I try to use Supermodel SVN 803 to
play "Spikeout FE" the game 2 link recently.

Although speed very slow, but 1 laptop computer
and 1 desktop computer can really successfully 2 link net.

Only use 1 computer to play 2 link net,
faster than previously Supermodel SVN 716 was faster too.

But there is still a problem.
That is, only one player can enter the next stage at a time.
If 2 players enter the next stage at the same time.
There is a high chance that the game will crash, and Can't continue play.

Thank you for your efforts and hope you can improve this problem.

Ian, Spindizzi, and others have been putting a lot of effort into reverse engineering the network protocol. It isn't easy. Once the network board emulation is accurate, it should be possible to play any game. But I think this is a long way off, still.

"Supermodel SVN 818":
Spikeout FE can be connected on the computer

SVN 819:
spikeout FE cannot connect to the Internet

SVN 821:
spikeout FE cannot connect to the Internet

Please tell me the reason?
And solve this problem
Thank you!

I went to another website to download
Other versions of "SVN 821"
Only 1.9MB in size
But can play spikeout 4 LINK

Now the problem of not being able to ntework link has been resolved
But this group of successfully connected people is studying
How to ntework link remotely without restrictions?
For example, players from Taiwan and Japan want to ntework link very long distances.
Can it be done successfully?
It seems that only a short distance can be connected!

But there is a problem
Just
123 extra characters
cannot be used in NET link status.

(SpikeoutFE 123 extra characters detailed instructional video)

If you can solve the above problems
This game will be more fun and interesting!

The physical links were very low latency (less than a frame), so without having ping comparable ping times, it isn't possible. These hardware links were very simple and the games were not designed for Internet play. Techniques used to mitigate latency in modern action games, such as prediction and roll-back, require support from the game engine and are not something that can easily be added to an emulator. I think there are some projects that do it, so it is possible, but we are nowhere close to being able to even contemplate such a thing.
