Integrated Graphics Good for Model 3?

Hello all.

I hope to be more active on these forums again, I've missed these forums!

Anyways, had a question for Bart and everyone really.

Long story short, I got the Arcade1UP Ridge Racer Cabinet for $299 recently and really wanted it modded.
Thankfully BuyStuffArcades came through with an encoder board and racing android box for it.
Bought it day one of release and hopefully it arrives mid-January.

The issue I arose with was that their box doesn't have any Model 3 games because I guess Supermodel emu doesn't work on Android.

So to fix this, I got a refurbished Best Buy PC. Intel i5-7500 CPU, 8GB DDR4 RAM, with Intel's UHD 630 for the Integrated GPU.

I haven't seen any videos with this specific combo running on Supermodel, so should I try and find a dedicated GPU?

The one that seems to be my only worthwhile option is the low profile verison of the GT 1030. It apparently does excellent with even PCSX2 running 60fps at 1080p.

So should I spend the $85 on the GT 1030 or will the Intergrated GPU be fine for the case of running Model 2 and 3?

Supermodel definitely works on some Intel GPUs. I think Ian knows which generation at minimum works for his engine. I would imagine anything in the last 5 years should be fine (and probably further back then that). Can you test it before throwing in a discrete GPU and report back here?

I don't really know as I don't have or use integrated gfx
but i'd always get a proper gfx card if you can.

I use an Intel HD 630 (very similar to UHD 630) with Supermodel.
I don't remember the version of supermodel, but builds from 2017-2018 works perfectly even at 1080p and 60fps with no slowdowns or hiccups.

While builds starting from 2021 I think (the ones that add quad rendering) struggles with Intel HD and unfortunately need a dedicated GPU.
